booked a flat in the project with a very renowned builder in Punjab. the agreement was done with me in 2014 , with a promised delivery date of Dec 2016 and the layout plan shown to me was the one approved in 2011. since the RERA act came in 2017 and project got registered later, there are few questions i have with respect to act applicable 1) Since the agreement was signed in 2014 and was one sided, and the new agreement under RERA act is more balanced , which out of the two is binding for me. 2) the layout plan mentioned on the website is the revised layout plan and there are significant changes in new plan compared to the one shown / promised to me, during signing of sale agreement. what all legal options i have against this new Layout plans. 3) the builder has not obtained a OC , since only 4 towers are complete. can the builder give possession on the PCC obtained for these individual towers , and can he also charge mainiatince for the upkeep of project and the tower / buildings.
